MANAGED DNS SUPPORT

If you have purchased FreeYourID Managed DNS:

You will receive an email from mdnshelp@FreeYourID.com with your password details for the Managed DNS online portal.

When you log in to the portal for the first time, you will be asked to reset your password. After you reset your password, you can locate the User Guide at the top of the home screen page under the "User Guide" link. You can also download the guide.
