IDEFENSE SUPPORT

If you have purchased iDefense Security Intelligence Services:

Get started by accessing the iDefense web portal.

For security purposes, we ask you to please set your own password.

The authorization code to set password will expire. If you need to request a new code, click Request New Authcode and submit. You will then receive an email with the authorization code that will allow you to set your password. If at any time you forget your password, click Forgot your password? under the Sign In button and follow the same process.

Once you log in successfully, we recommend that you create and configure your Delivery Profiles in order to automate delivery of iDefense reports.

To create Delivery Profiles:
1. Select the Preferences tab at the top of the page.
2. Click Create Profile/Saved Search.
3. Enter a name for the profile or saved search and designate the type of reports this
will serve.

Please note: You will not receive automated daily intelligence until you create a delivery profile. We recommend creating several profiles to start: one alert for each content type (Daily Intelligence Alerts) and the PST (Periodic Summary and Trend Reports).
